Click trough levels in process map
Is it possible to click though all levels of a process map? I mean click on a processstep in a process that is a process (sub-process) itself and land in that clicked-on process. If not with the modeler, is it possible with studio or engine?

Probabilidad de Gateway dependiente de Calendario
Hola, Tengo un caso donde la probabilidad asociada a una compuerta depende del calendario. Por ejemplo un banco: en horario de atención al público los clientes que arriban (tokens) se dirijen al cajero automático o a la caja manual con cierta probabilidad. Pero fuera de ese horario solo atiende el cajero automático. No basta con asignar un calendario restringido a la caja manual, porque el gateway sigue asignando tokens a esta caja en todo horario, encolando los clientes mientras no son atendidos. Cuando en realidad, lo que quería era que el 100% de los tokens vayan al cajero automático. ¿se entiende? Como se modela una situación así? Gracias.

How to traverse back from a subtask
Hello supporters, i am working on a collaboration model. The model is not checked out. The Prozess contains a subtask. When i open the subtask with a double click, how can i traverse back to the subtask of the superior process? The only way i found, is the tabbar down the menu. Saved file opens with different content on two laptops
Saved a file on my work laptop (Bizagi v2.9.0.4) last Friday. Copied it to my home laptop (v 3.1.0.011) and opened it today and only half the content is visible (first five of nine diagrams). Have copied it several times and same result. I get nine diagrams on the older version, and five on the newer, from the same file. Not had an issue using these two versions in this way before today.

Fatal Error After Update to Version 3.1.0011
Dear, after performing the upgrade to version 3.1.0011, to start the application and perform log in, the following error occurs: "Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close the Bizagi program." Then close the Bizagi application. This error did not occur in the previous version. My operating system is Windows 7.

Save as loses all attachments
I´ve several attachments in my models. If I use Save as, all attachments are gone, I have to connect all over again! Panic! A lot of work wasted. I will try a work-around: copy and rename the file.

Attachments in model do not show up when publish to web
I´ve attachments in my model. No problem to access them when working in Bizagi. But the attachements do not get published to web. Not supported or do I make some mistake? Best regards /bjorn

Cannot install Bizagi Modeler new version
I had a previous version of Bizagi Modeler (2.7.something) and I downloaded the new version for updating (as the old one kept asking me to do so). However, the new version requires the old one to be uninstalled. I did this using the uninstaller provided in the "Control Panel" (Windows 8.1), but the downloded installer keeps giving the following error message: Failed to uninstal previous version... Tried to remove the folders and registry entries but nothing helped out. Tried several "Register Cleaner" products, including the one recommended here at this forum (cccleaner). Any help?
