A messageflow connector connects two lanes. When opening the BPM file, the message flow connector is not connected anymore. (see attached Situation 1,2 and 3). After re-connecting, the validation says everything is fine. See Situation 4. The BPM is saved. After reopening the BPM the non-connection starts again (Situation 1). This issue can be repeated. I attach the Situation pictures and the BPM to test. What to do ....? The version we work with is 3.1.0.011, 64bits.

Data in non-recorded activity properties
I use the inclusion of information in the property of each activity, gateway and etc. However, in some cases the information I entered does not get saved, even using the save button whenever you finish adding text. How can I resolve this?

Cannot edit process properties such as estimated duration, lower and upper limit and costs
Hi all I'm having difficulty editing the properties of the processes which I am creating. When right-clicking on the process and selecting properties, all I can edit is the Name, Description and Performers. I need to edit the estimated duration, upper limit and lower limits of duration, and the cost. These options are not available though. This goes for each of the individual tasks as well, it will not allow me to edit their durations etc. Please advise! Thank you

Diagram properties - extended attribute table can't be populated
I'm using version 3.1.0.011. In the digram properties I want to add a new extended attribute of the type table. When I try to add columns, I have to possibility to enter any data.

'Large' model file size causes Bizagi Studio project error.
During process model development in Bizagi Modeler, after saving file many times and running simulation etc. the file size appears to be abnormally large (898KB). After invoking 'Run Workflow' to convert model to Bizagi Studio project, one of the processes will not display in Modeler from within Studio and gets an error message (Object reference not set to an instance of an object). I have equivalent (identical) process from older development that I managed to obtain and the file size is only 42KB. When converting to Bizagi Studio everythings works OK and all processes in the project are viewable via Studio Modeler. I am wondering what happened and why is the one file size so much larger and why it is causing an issue when converting to Bizagi Studio project? I include the 2 Bizagi Modeler files for basically identical processes where one has a file size of 42KB, and the one in question has a file size of 898KB (in ZIP file). Importing Aris files, how?
Hello, Trying to port from Aris (*.adf) files to use Bizagi products instead. We have hundreds of Aris generated BPMN processes and obviously we do not want to redraw these. Is there a solution? Can I import these into Bizagi? Any help much appreciated!

End User Interface
Hello, In our Organization a user can have access to multiple Bizagi processes. Is it possible to generate an individual shortcut or link to each process so that they dont have to go through all the menu options in the Bizagi Portal to create a new case? Is it possible to pass the user & password as parameters so that they dont have to login, or implement single-sign-on? Is any work been done to improve and facilitate the customer experience at the time to login to Bizagi and create a new process?

I can't connect bizagi with sharepoint
I'm new using this tool, and i'd like to upload my work on Sharepoint. But everytime i tried to do it, i just got an error "Error during the communication with server, please verify the information". And i don't know what to do. My username and password are the same than when i try to log in sharepoint. I need to solve this inmediatly, thank you.

No option "Image" in extended attributes

Navigation within published processes is hard
I have a process with a subprocess referenced by a process step. Clicking on the process step opens its description. Clicking the to the subprocess link the diagram of the subprocess is opened. But now come the difficulties: Browser-Back opens the description of the process step of the base process, OK Again Browser-Back opens the base process, but closes it an walks back the page with the processlist, WRONG, Because of this, navigating within process hirarchies is very hard!

Start Process with external start event message with attached .pdf file
Hi every body! I'm new with BizAgi modeler and Studio I have proccess modeling BizAgi Modeler. The entry event is a external message (this message must comme with an attached list of student). My problems is : - how to start my process with external coming message (with an attached list of student) ? - how to represent this start message event with an attached file of student in my process to start process ? - the next activity is a manual activity, what can I do to allow the continuation of the execution ? - At the end of process there is an end activity [Send liste back] throwing terminate message, how to automate it ? Overview and structure of processes
After looking around at the learning material, I'm still not sure how to go about making a full overview of all processes and then drill down into to more detailed levels. Is it possible to make this kind of tree-structure where you have sub-processes within sub-processes? Where do I make that kind of overview, because when I open modeler, it seems to me that I'm only able to make individual processes, without connecting them to each other in a hiearchy form. Secondly, do I need studio to connect data that a process uses? I work on a project which is primarily description of processes and the data that is needed to run the process and do not need any automatication.

Overlay in published diagram
Hi, If I publish diagrams to Web, then every diagram when opened default has a kind of overlay in the upper right corner, showing a miniature of the whole diagram. This overlay is default collapsed 'out/opened'. If you click on the x it will collapse 'in/closed'. What is the function of this overlay, because you cant do anything with it, except for collapsing it. And is it possible to remove this feature, or set it default to 'collapsed in/closed', because if you have a large process flow, this overlay is in the way and you need to close it before you can see some of the tasks in the right side of the process flow. Data store name not showing in published Word doc
None of the names of my Data Store elements are showing up in my published Word document. The elements are there but only as "DataStore." Is there something I can do to resolved this? It does not seem to be the case with any other element type.

Bizagi Cloud CSS Display issue with Google Chrome and Firefox
The display in the upper right hand corner of the screen the radio buttons creep outside of the tabs in both the latest version of Google Chrome and the latest version of Firefox.

Problems with export to PDF and Visio
Dear Bizagi, With the newest versions of the Bizagi modeler, i have problems with exporting the model to a PDF or Visio format. Is there a link to a previous version of the modeler, so i can install a older version.
