I'm not new in Bizagi. I use Simulation View many many times. Time Analysis works fine! When I select resources to Task and start simulate nothing happen At this moment Resource Analysis doesn't work!

Hola Necesito ayuda, instale la ultima versión de Bizagi Modeler (3,7,0,107) desde que instale esta actualización, no he podido utilizarlo, cuando inicio la aplicación abre y aparece en la ventana de tareas, pero cuando le doy clic para verla no me la muestra, Es como si estuviera abierta pero al querer verla no aparece en la pantalla. Ya la desinstale e instale nuevamente y continua el error

EPC, Org chart and Process Hierarchy
Hi I am trying to create a process hierarchy in Bizagi (ex- L1- L4). I have a requirement with creation of EPC at granular step. But i couldt find it in Bizagi modeler. Same is the case with Org chart. Please confirm if these model types are available in Bizagi. Also what is the best practice to maintain the process hierarchy in bizagi ? And how about reusing the object. How does it work here and the approach?

Publish to Web Problem - File name and image artifacts issues
I have found the following issues with Version 3.7.0.123 when Publishing to Web: - I cannot change the folder to which the publication is saved. I have tried specifying the folder in the dialog box but, although it is saved and Bizagi acknowledges, it defaults to the folder which was used before installing the most recent version. - Properties and presentation action of image artifacts are not being exported to the web version, but they were in the previous version. The Web publisher in previous versions of Bizagi worked perfectly. With the exception of saving different profiles, I can't see the benefits of this new Web Publisher. It has notoriously buggy since you released it a few versions backs. Please sort it out Bizagi, this seriously affecting our productivity.

Travamento durante a modelagem
Prezados, utilizo a versão 3.7.0.123 (64-bit) do Bizagi. Meu computador é um Core i7-7500U CPT 2.70 GHz 2.90 GHz, 8 GB memória Ram e HD SSD 240. Ao movimentar o primeiro objeto já começa o travamento. Agora estão com 12 objetos na tela (só começando o desenho) e o sistema já trava com tela branca de travamento por uns 5 segundos e depois volta. A cada manipulação de um nome do objeto ou movimentação da seta volta a travar novamente. Está muito ruim trabalhar com Bizagi desta forma. Quando verifico o uso da memória não passa de 76%, e mesmo assim trava. Aguardo retorno.

Perda de trabalho após erro no sistema
Não consigo abrir ticket, já que não consigo selecionar nada em "Company". Ao clicar sem querer em "informações" no Bizagi Modeler, o sistema parou e perdi todo o trabalho realizado. Quando o programa travou, tentei fechar a tela e o programa perguntou se eu queria salvar. Coloquei que sim. Entretanto o salvamento não foi realizado e perdi tudo Não consigo abrir ticket e da última vez que tentei contato levaram uma semana para me responder. Preciso de retorno imediato do suporte que estou pagando por.

Bizagi doesn´t work properly. I can´t save my progress therefore can´t get my certification
Entering from different browsers (google, explorer...) and even downloading from the desktop I can´t get saved my progress during the session..I can work all morning and at the end of the day it takes me out of the program and does not save me the progress. Can you solve this problema? Thanks

I cannot download current version of bizagi (3.7 currently)
I have had this issue for a while now. I've been unable to download bizagi from the website. The download starts but stops after a few minutes. It can remain at 0mbps for a while and then the browser cancel the download. I've tried to download on Edge, Chrome and Firefox and they present the same issue. I have previously download bizagi on this same device (same browser and connection) and didn't have the problem, So I'm guessing it's something on your end. Do you have an oficial mirror to download the software? I found the current version on CNET.com but don't now if is trusty.

Editing Visio file after exporting from Bizagi
I made a BPMN diagram in Bizagi modeler and when I was finished, I exported the diagram as a Visio file from Bizagi. When I opened it in Visio, I was able to move arrows and edit texts but I am not able to move tasks, events, or gateways and I'm not able to change task type from none to send/receive. Every time I try to change task type, add new tasks etc, I get a pop-up message: "An unspecified error occurred". Has anyone experienced this? I'm not sure if I should start from scratch and draw it up again or not because I'm handing it over to coworkers that do not have as much Visio experience. Please advise

Risk signal does not consider working schema
Dear all, As written in the help portal, the risk signal does not take the working schema into account. http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?duration_of_tasks_and_processe.htm It does not consider the Working time schema. That is, if a Task expires at 8AM, and the Risk signal is set for 2 hours, it will turn yellow at 6AM. This could result in a task turning yellow during the weekend or at hours when people do not necessarily work. It would be great to be able to consider working hours in such a case.
